Join us for a day of fellowship as
we work together during our fall clean up day at Abiding
Presence Church Saturday, October 21 from 9:30am – 4:30pm.

trees, and gardening. There’s something for everyone! This is
a perfect opportunity for our youth to earn service credits. No

you are interested in helping.

Our “Each One Reach One!” campaign is still in progress.
Please take one of our new Preschool brochures available in the narthex
and hand it to someone who may have a child in his or her life
who is eligible to attend our preschool. This might be a
neighbor, friend, relative, co-worker, child or grandchild of
someone in your life. Or, maybe it is a mom or dad in line
with you at the grocery store with a small child. Reach out
and share the good news about our school: cheerful
classrooms, small classes, family-friendly, faith-based.
Full-day, half-day, extended hours. Print your name on the
card; ask them to bring it when they come to see the
school and you will receive a special gift!
Join us on Saturday, October 28th from 5:00pm to 10:00pm
for our Oktoberfest celebration in Good Shepherd Hall. Admission is $25 in

us on Sunday, October 29 for our annual blessing of costumes
and Halloween event. All children are invited to attend the
10:00am liturgy in costume for a special blessing (costumes

reapers, etc.). Immediately following worship, the children will
proceed to Good Shepherd Hall where there will be trick or

We are no longer using a commercial florist for our altar flower display. In an effort to keep the cost reasonable, the guild members have decided to shop for and arrange the altar flower display. As a result, the donated amount for altar flower dedications will only be $30.
Money donated towards dedications is used to offset the cost of supplies and materials that are used in various dedications. Dedications can be designated to:
and will be shown in print in the bulletin of the Sunday you requested on the dedication chart. Various sign-up charts are located on the wall in the narthex to the right of the coat room.
